You missed the point on Apple. OSX has bugs. Are you also ranting at them about not fixing them after four months? If not, then why the double standard?
And are you seriously stating that Parallels is bug free?
What your implying is like telling Ford that they should fix the 'bugs' in your car? But if you're unwilling to tell them that the issue is a squeek in the fan, and don't ever bring it into the dealer for diagnosis (your buddy down the street doesn't count), how the heck would they ever do anything?
So, I must repeat - what specific issues? Have you posted the support bundle that Woody asked for (and Darius mentioned in his response)? Have you submitted an actual tech support ticket or just vented here in the user forum?
