You've managed to cross post assertions to multiple threads, which may make you feel better, but posting that support bundle that Woody asked for would actually help resolve things.
Have you asked Apple why 10.8.3 hasn't been released yet? The first beta was almost four months ago. Why don't you rant at them for not fixing their bugs? Or maybe you do :-)
Of course, then you'd actually have to specifically list them, ask for support through official channels, provide the information requested, and work with their engineers to nail down the root cause.
