ESXi3.5 hosts copy to ESXi5.1

Hello, I have ESXi 3.5 and 4.1 machines with multiple VM's.  I have a new server and would like to take advantage of VMFS5.  If I do this will I be able to copy the VM's on my older systems to my new ESXi5 box using the VMFS5?
