Thank you so much for the help. I did the conversion yesterday and because of your help it went perfect. As I expected, the conversion went perfect and the VM was up and running with everything except the network settings. I followed your advice and had it running within 15 minutes. When I get a little more time I'll post the network changes I needed to make in more detail for the benefit of future users. I spent hours reading and the advice you gave here explained it clearer.
