@sr1n1 unfortunately the two .log files you've attach are not valid vmware.log files so there is nothing I can do with them. If you have the vmware-1.log and or vmware-2.log files for that Virtual Machine then compress and attach them to a reply. Your other option is to just create a new Virtual Machine while pointing to the existing virtual hard drive. This will of course change the MAC Address of the Virtual Network Adapter, which can be problematic if some app installed is keyed to it and or may trigger WPA.
