I'm just wondering is there any issue when two LUNs with same LUN ID being presented to the ESX Server?? off course it's different WWN/Storage Identifier.

Not a best practice to have overlapping IDs but not a problem either. vSphere uses the NAA Identifier of a LUN to uniquely identify it.
