Matt, thanks for your reply! I had to mention that I do no need to improve my 3D performance, I want to improve CPU/RAM performance. Also workstation has an issue with increasing Ram usage, it takes more RAM all the time.
When I tested ESXI 5.1 I found a lot of useful options (like setting concrete VM to concrete CPU core etc.), performance graphs etc.
