First Touch with vCloud

Hello.

Today I touched for the first time vCloud. I'm newbie.

Our IT Team, created for me vOrganization. I have full "admin" there. Than I've created vApp.

I wonder why I can't add more than 1 vm to the existing vApp ?

It's not possible ?

And very often I have error message "The requested operation will exceed the VDC's storage quota." .What does it mean ?
